This year’s agenda was partly be driven by market feedback from the unique Five Star ratings broker research from Insurance Times, covering service performance in Personal lines, Commercial lines, eTrading and now MGAs. There were also plenary sessions on eTrading service issues, the consolidation of broker networks and the impact of the FCAs latest proposals.
