Toby MacLachlan founded Ignite in 2011 having finished his degree at Cambridge University. As CEO Toby has taken the company from a start-up through to acquisition by Verisk in 2021. In growing Ignite into an established software house Toby has contracted with major UK insurers, top-50 brokers, and leading data providers. Toby plans in the next 5 years to make Ignite the most chosen broker policy administration platform in the UK.
