Phil is the Chief Commercial Officer for Ardonagh Advisory overseeing Bravo Networks, M&A, Insurer Partnerships and Marketing. He joined the group in 2021 after a distinguished career at Aviva where he was most laterally their UKGI Chief Distribution Officer.

Since arriving Phil has overseen rapid progress within Advisory, with new broker led propositions about to be announced for Bravo members and a much improved M&A pipeline to complement excellent relationships with all the UK’s top Insurers.

Outside of insurance Phil has a busy family life with four children and enjoys golf, skiing and following Southampton FC.
