Since November 2022 I have been Managing Director of Brokerbility, one of the UK’s premier independent broker communities.  In addition I am also MD of Luker Rowe a medium sized commercial and private client, provincial broker.  Prior to moving into broking I held business leadership and technical roles at Allianz.  Earlier in my career I worked for RSA in technical and underwriting roles working in the London Market and overseas.
